Value Added Aero Consultants Limited  (VAAC) was founded in 2014 and is managed by owner director Leo Hogan.

Leo has over 30 years Jet Engine experience with Aer Lingus subsidiary Airmotive Ireland Ltd and Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland Ltd where he held various key Technical and Management positions with responsibility for Inspection, Production and Repairs. He is a veteran of more than 4000 engine MRO events. For over the last 10 years Leo has held senior positions on aviation related projects in Germany, Poland and Ireland. Up to recently Leo directed engine management for PWC100 & 150, & CF34 -8 & -10 engine models. 

Leo is a graduate of the Irish Management Institute graduating with a BA in Management and holds a Certificate in Aircraft Acquisition & Finance.
